 As a Live Chat Customer Support Associate you will be engaging with the online guest directly via live chat software, a live chat mic is optional and required for certain job positions, locations, and companies.

What you will be doing: You will be walking guest through the entire purchasing process, handing out and assisting with coupons and discount codes, assisting with any technical issues encounter, and assisting guests with issues and concerns.These are remote chat agent jobs position, meaning that you can do the work online from your home.
