Internist - Physician - (Internal Medicine) Locum Tenens
StartDate: 05/01/2013Available Shi! fts: 8 Hour/Day
Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Practice or Internal Medicine or Nurse Practitioner to provide coverage 5/1/13-10/31/13 with the option to ext an additional 6 months. Work hours are M-F 8a-4:30pm no call. All outpatient coverage. Must have BCLS & DEA. See approx 12-15 pts per day. Must have computer skills site uses computerized medical records system. History, physical exams, evaluations and diagnostic testing such as lab, radiology, plan and care and medication reconcilitation.
