We are seeking a talented and experienced Business Analyst to join our team at AUSM Labs, a leading digital marketing agency. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our clients' business objectives and our technical teams, ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction. You will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and defining solutions that align with our clients' goals.
Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to identify and document business needs, objectives, and requirements. Conduct interviews, workshops, and analysis to gather information and gain a deep understanding of clients' business processes.
Business Process Analysis: Analyze and evaluate existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for automation or optimization. Develop process maps, workflows, and business models to provide insights and recommendations.
Solution Design: Work closely with technical teams, including developers, designers, and project managers, to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs. Ensure that proposed solutions align with clients' objectives and budget constraints.
Required Documentation: Create clear and concise requirement documents, including use cases, user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria. Maintain documentation throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring it remains up to date and accurately reflects project scope.
Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate and collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure a shared understanding of project goals, requirements, and timelines. Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and status updates to provide project updates and gather feedback.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Assist in the creation and execution of test plans, test cases, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that delivered solutions meet the defined requirements and quality standards. Identify and address any issues or gaps discovered during testing.
Project Management Support: Provide support to project managers in estimating efforts, planning project timelines, and tracking progress against project deliverables. Assist in risk identification and mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to digital marketing and software development. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and innovation within the organization.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in a digital marketing agency or software house.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation techniques, such as use cases, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
Experience in digital marketing, software development, or related industries is highly desirable.
Knowledge of web analytics tools, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a bonus.
