PRIMARY PURPOSE:
The Showroom Usher's primary responsibility is to provide seating direction and ensure the comfort of showroom guests. All duties are to be performed in accordance with the Departmental and the company’s policies, practices, and procedures.
- Ability to interact with multitude of guests simultaneously.

Be knowledgeable of showroom layout and show times.- Professional demeanor at all times.
- Coordinate with Manager to ensure proper seating and seating adjustments.
- Monitor door and guest entry and exit.
- Perform all other job related duties as requested.
Required:
- At least 6 months of experience in customer service.
- Working knowledge of basic clerical duties-copies, two way radios and multi-line phones.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.
Preferred:
- Previous experience working in a similar resort setting.
