Admin Coordinator [Bahrain]

Purpose of the Job:

To assist the Legal department and arrange/prepare the required tasks assigned by the legal Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • To perform all other related jobs as assigned by the Management from time to time.
  • Maintain legal department data, organize the legal documents accordingly.
  • Liaising with other departments of the company when necessary
  • Provide support to legal lawyers whenever required

Work Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience

Skills:

  • Should possess written, verbal and spoken communication skills Bilingual in Arabic & English, usage of computer & telephone equipment.
  • Knowledge of using Microsoft office, Outlook, Microsoft teams.
