MEDICAL GROUP:
Multispecialty group of 1! 30+ physicians which includes 30 Adult Medicine Physicians
Physician Friendly Environment
24/7 model with 5 on / 5 off shifts with 15 day shifts and expected 3 to 4 night calls per month
Daily census of 15 to 20 patients per day which includes both admissions and follow-up
Large number of Ambulists (FPs & IMs whose inpatients are covered by hospitalists during the week)
10 Hospitalists who are well respected team members of the Medical Group
Flexible scheduling
Ability to do procedures now or once preceptored if desired
FACILITIES:
$150 million in new construction and renovation, including Cardiovascular Institute and ED
St. Mary's Medical Center & St. Luke's Health Pavilion350 licensed beds
Physicians operate from one hospital campus
COMMUNITY:
Ideally located on shores of Lake Michigan, 25 miles south of Milwaukee and 65 miles north of Chicago
