They are seeking a Geriatrician to join its staff. All candidates must be BC/BE trained in Internal Medicine or Family Practice! with subspecialty training in Geriatrics. The ideal candidate will have special interest in conditions specific to aging, including geriatric assessments and rehabilitation, preventive medicine, management of patients in long-term care settings as well as psycho-social, ethical, legal and economic issues pertinent to the geriatric population. They are offering a competitive salary, plus a sign on bonus of $20k. The contract is for 2-years then you would go on productivity. Benefits include 4 week's vacation, 2 weeks CME with $4000 and Cerner EH. Also included is a 403-B retirement and Relocation. This opportunity is located just north of Milwaukee and offers primary care physicians access to several specialists and subspecialists all in one convenient location.
