They are seeking a Geriatrician to join its staff. All candidates must be BC/BE trained in Internal Medicine or Family Practice with subspecialty training in ! Geriatrics. The ideal candidate will have special interest in conditions specific to aging, including geriatric assessments and rehabilitation, preventive medicine, management of patients in long-term care settings as well as psycho-social, ethical, legal and economic issues pertinent to the geriatric population. They are offering a competitive salary, plus a sign on bonus of $20k. The contract is for 2-years then you would go on productivity. Benefits include 4 week's vacation, 2 weeks CME with $4000 and Cerner EH. Also included is a 403-B retirement and Relocation. This opportunity is located just north of Milwaukee and offers primary care physicians access to several specialists and subspecialists all in one convenient location.
