Description: Fort HealthCare is at present recruited Internist or Med/Ped right now, this position will be depute in Wisconsin. Fort HealthCare is searching for another internist or med/ped to join their three internists and one med/ped at the Fort Medical Group-Internal Medicine clinic. Practice the whole realm of! outpatient internal medicine and inpatient/outpatient pediatrics. The practice provides primary care and consultation services for a diverse patient population. Candidates with strong primary care, inpatient management and communication skills are especially encouraged to apply. A working fluency in Spanish would be helpful.
Fort Medical Group is a wholly owned for-profit subsidiary of Fort HealthCare, a fully integrated health system including a 110-bed acute care hospital. Fort Medical Group consists of 41 physicians and eight mid-level providers practicing in various offices in nine communities. Each physician’s financial performance is cost-accounted separately with salaries and bonuses based on individual productivity. However, the economies of a group practice provide increased leverage for contracting with third party payers and group purchasing. Physician’s efforts can be directed towards patient care and professional activities, rather than time consu! ming business concerns.
